Conversations with our clients, and various other people who care about online communities in the Third Sector, have led us to the conclusion that there simply isn’t the information to measure the success of ourselves and our communities against. We’ve set out to change this with our inaugural Community Report; our set of benchmarks for online communities in the charity sector.
